First US Coin.
The first US Coin was minted in 1787 and is called the Fugio Cent.
The design includes a sundial representing time passing quickly with the word Fugio ( latin for I flee/fly).
Benjamin Franklin designed the coin and added the message ” Mind Your Business”, which remains apt to this day.
