Johann Sebastian Bach.
28 July is the death anniversary of the renowned German musician and composer, J S Bach.
Bach is considered one of the greatest composers in the history of Western Music. According to many historians of music, Bach is the father of Western Classical Music.
Bach was born into a family of musicians and he himself fathered four musicians.
Ironically, Bach was considered old fashioned, and primarily as an organist, in his lifetime.
He composed an incredible 1128 pieces of music in different genres and about 28 pieces are deemed lost.
